Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Please note that certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or customisation reasons. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us using the details above. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your card provider or bank, as processing times can vary
